	2009 5th Maintenance Battalion Reunion

	The 2009 5th Maintenance Bn Reunion will be held in Washington D.C. at the Marriott Crystal City at Reagan National Airport, May 7th - May 10th. As in prior years, everyone will make their own reservations by calling Marriott reservations at 1 800 228-9290 or (703) 413-5500 and tell them you are with the 5th Maint Bn reunion. Room rates are $112.00 per night plus all applicable state and local taxes
	CUT-OFF DATE
	Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Thursday, April 16, 2009, (the "Cut-Off Date"). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the 5th Maintenance Battalion group rate after this date.
